A hard days work. Part V

It's hard work being a lawyer. I decided to take a nap. As these pictures show, I got caught sleeping on company time.

A hard days work. Part IV

I promised Mom I would not describe her as a taskmaster. Instead, I will simply say I was finally given a lunch break. I like to relax with the paper and it's always important to throw your garbage out when you're done. Bad dogs leave a mess.

A hard days work. Part III

After being given a desk (I had to ask one of Mom's associates to move. It's good to be related to the boss), I was given my first assignment: draft a letter. I thought about the contents for a bit and then I got to work.

A hard days work. Part II

After getting files, I checked to see if the mail arrived. I also sent out a few faxes and made some copies.

A hard days work.

I went to work with Mom again. I've been thinking about being a lawyer if the modeling career doesn't work out. I've heard it said that I can be charming and that I have a face that's hard to say no to. Unfortunately, that's not enough and Mom said I have to start at the bottom. So, my internship began with getting files. I worked hard because I was told I was on a short leash.

The face of concentration

This is what it looks like when a Vizsla ponders the imponderable. For instance, 'What is all this stuff my sisters play with?' and 'Why do they use their paws instead of their mouths?'

Learning to be a champion

My breeders came to visit today. I received some lessons on how to stack. It's a way of standing that makes the most of my good looks at a show. I've decided to take up the family legacy and put off my possible law career until later. I have my priorities in order though; First thing is to start working on my entourage and dressing room demands (which will start with biscuits, cheese and Poland Spring).

More of me on the couch.

After all, who can get enough of me?

My favorite piece of furniture?

A couch. Lots of room and it's soft. In these pictures, I was caught playing with my new toy: a plush flip-flop. I picked it out myself yesterday at PetCo. I also got some food and a new jail cell. (Mom calls it a crate but it has bars and locks, so you decide.) I'm also starting school soon. I hope it's culinary school but I suspect it isn't.

I think I'm ready to eat at the table.

Unfortunately, no one else does.

Enjoying the good weather

Finally. No more rain. I am now free to prowl the yard, looking for interesting stuff, and playing with my siblings. After spending a day at work with Mom, I need the play time.

Famous Ansers

I couldn't find any. There was an ancient Greek poet who wrote erotic poetry but I doubt he ever won any awards for his striking looks and good behavior.

What's in a name?

Anser (pronounced On-zer) is the brightest star in the constellation Vulpecula. It is also known as the Alpha Star. (I like to think of myself as the Alpha Dog.) This name is a tradition kept from the time when the constellation Vulpecula had the name Vulpecula et Anser ('the little fox and the goose'). In the constellation, Anser represents a goose in a fox's mouth.

Resting after a hard day of work.

It's not easy looking so innocent. By the way, does anybody know of a camera with blue-eye reduction?

Teaching the stuffed duck who's boss. Part II

Teaching the stuffed duck who's boss.

The stuffed duck was getting a little mouthy, so I had to get more mouthy.

My favorite room in the house?

The kitchen. Great for everything but sleeping. I have a king-size bed for that.

My dad

Once again, this is my biological dad. His name is Colton. He's winning prizes in both photos. I don't feel any real pressure to be a champion. Perhaps I'll be a lawyer like my new Mom.

Just the other day

I was adopted by my new family. I have a mom and dad, brother, two sisters and a nanny. This picture was taken right before my ride home. I hope to post more pictures soon.

My Brother and I

Me and my brother Hamal. I can't even tell who is who.

My Mom

My biological mom, that is. Her name is Tiszta. It will not surprise you to learn that I come from Champion parents.

Just a few weeks ago

I was eating with my brothers and sisters. I am now King of the castle and that means more food for me.

Looking for a home

Before Saturday I was looking for a Master (what a pretentious title...I have a great vocabulary for a dog...at any rate...). A dog has to have standards.

Welcome To Anser's World

Where I am the star of the show. I'm the small one in the picture. The other person is my breeder.
